"The retroactive statutory lookback analysis uncovered and secured a substantial amount of 'found money' for our Partners.

As a valued member of Augusta ENT's team, we highly recommend Empower Solutions' services and look forward to many more successes."

Keith Lynn

CEO, Augusta ENT

"Charleston ENT has engaged Empower Solutions on numerous projects over the past few years. The team has proven to be very beneficial to our development projects across South Carolina.

In addition to Cost Segregation Studies, the Economic Development Services are thorough, timely, and professional."

Craig Kilgore

CEO, Charleston ENT

"After our initial meeting, it was very apparent we were a good candidate for their services and we anxiously awaited their no-obligation proposal after providing them with some records. It blew me away when they came back with job tax credits of over $41,000 and a 10-year present value of cumulative taxes deferred totaling over $140,000.

Those significant savings in taxes, coupled with Empower’s reasonable fees, are why I have zero hesitation recommending their services to any business owner. "

John W. Harris

President, Harris Pillow Supply

"We are currently receiving statewide economic development job creation tax credits. Empower is also working on securing work opportunity tax credits (WOTC) based on the status of some of our new hires. They have lobbied for a local county/city tax credit to install a new sprinkler system at our assisted living community in Orangeburg, SC. To date, Empower has saved our facilities well into six figures. "

J. Clay Fowler

Managing Member, Longwood Plantation and Magnolia Place

"Empower Solutions came highly recommended by our CPA, and their knowledge and attention to detail have kept our business on track to maximize the tax credits our business has been eligible for.

I initially contacted them to educate our firm and prepare a report in order for us to receive an annual tax credit for Research & Development. Empower Solutions was not only thorough but easy to work with and always willing to take the time to answer questions or address any concerns."
